Binta Nyako’s Frivolously Adjourned IPOB Suit Till 21st May 2018

The Binta Nyako’s Abuja federal high court yesterday continued in its frivolous adjournments on the case involving the IPOB members who are being detained in Kuje prison.

It was noted that in the last court sitting in Abuja, binta Nyako in a way of running from justice, she became dramatic and had to run out of the court like a mad woman and yesterday she continued being dramatic during the court proceedings.
In a case of this international magnitude where the fundamental rights of IPOB members were being trampled upon, Binta Nyako had to end the day’s court proceedings on her personal religious interest.
She angrily adjourned the case, saying:
I have just released my registrar to go for prayers and you have just made me to miss my own prayers. Said Binta Nyako to IPOB's counsel.
With this statement from a supposedly judge who is presiding over one of the most frivolous case ever in the history courts justice binta nyako adjourned till 21st of May 2018

This was after all the initial delays she caused before she arrived very late.
The hearing which began at exactly 11.43 saw IPOB'S legal team urging Binta Nyako to see the need to grant the IPOB defendants bail only met a brick wall as the Fulani woman judge retorted.
"I'm tired of hearing your voices" She said this to IPOB’s counsel, Barr Igwe.
A clear sign of utter disgust for Biafrans.

But that verbal assault was not enough to discourage Biafrans whose only interest was to see their brothers granted bail by Binta Nyako.
IPOB lawyers stand on the grounds that Binta Nyako has no option than to respect the laws both in Nigerian constitution, African Charter.

The IPOB legal council made it clear to the court that, "There is no evidence that if the IPOB's accused persons are given bail that they will fail to appear in court because the charges against them are nothing but frivolous charges which cannot stand the test of any country's law including that of Nigeria".
