Personal assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari on social media Lauretta Onochie has accused the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) of sponsoring the pro-Biafra movement in the southeast.
I tweeted this on her Twitter handle late on Tuesday, April 25 just shortly after Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) was granted bail by a Federal High Court in Abuja.
She was replying to a follower's observation that supporters of PDP and ex-president Goodluck Jonathan were rejoicing at Kanu's bail.
Onochie claimed that IPOB was being sponsored by the PDP because it was the opposition party's youth wing in the southeast.
