eritvnews: The Indigenous People Must Reclaim Their Land from Herdsmen – Fani-Kayode

Reacting to the claim of Professor Umar Labdo Mohammad, Fani-Kayode has cautioned the professor for his claim that Benue belongs to Fulani Herdsmen. 

Femi Fani-Kayode, former Aviation minister, on Thursday reacted to statement credited to Professor Umar Labdo Muhammad of the Faculty of Humanities, Northwest University, Kano that Benue State belongs to the Fulanis by right of conquest.

Fani-Kayode, noted that every land Fulani herdsmen took from the Indigenous people in the past will be “reclaimed and retaken.”

In a tweet via his Twitter handle, the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Chieftain warned that “those the gods wish to destroy they drive mad.” He went ahead to warn that every inch of land that was taken by the Fulani invaders from the indigenous people Nigeria over the last 200 years shall be reclaimed and retaken.”
