Many people died in a road accident caused by bad road and heavy rain fall in Abakeliki Province, Biafra land.
The government under Buhari can as well be described as notoriously arrogant with failure. APC government proved to be so notoriously drunk in power with impunity. They drive their goals under a crazy political tussle while more than two hundred million people who are unfortunate to live in the failed contraption called Nigeria struggle with death traps every day.
The rainy season has greeted so many communities especially in Biafra land with floods that could have been controlled if the government cared. Residents of Aba province, who have lived with the worst dilapidated infrastructure for many years have actually expected the usual flood.
Flood have divided so many roads and vehicles can no longer drive through link roads as a result of bad road. The major federal road linking Aba Province to Ikot-Ekpene is now a death trap for road users.
The same scenario is also being experienced in Owerri province and virtually every part of Biafra land. With residents of these areas knowing that it is waste of time to cry out to the failed Nigerian government.
In one of the worst incidents this month, residents of Isi-Eke in Abakeliki province witnessed a grievous moment when the driver who approached the dangerous bad spots while it rained, lost control when he drove into a deep pot-hole covered up by flood and ended up in a fatal accident that left many people dead and several others injured.
