The Plateau State Government Have Conducted a Mass Burial for the Victims of Last Sunday’s Herdsmen Attack


Reports from Jos, the Plateau state capital has disclosed that Fulani Herdsmen attack Nding Loh community and more than 7 people were killed with many others injured.

Conducting of mass burials in what can be best described as the Jihadist state of Nigeria seemed to have become a culture especially in the middle Belt.  In Benue state, a mass burial of 73 victims were conducted in one days attack by the Fulani Herdsmen on the New Year’s Eve.

The notorious APC government instead of coming out sincerely to stop the Fulani Herdsmen menace only blamed the Benue state government for enacting an anti-grazing law thereby granting the impetus by the Fulani Herdsmen to kill more. And as a result more mass burials have been conducted in Benue state afterwards.

With the last Sunday’s Fulani Herdsmen attack in Plateau the 7 killed in Plateau burukutu joint got a mass burial.

The Seven people who were killed by herdsmen, Sunday evening, at a relaxation spot in Nding Loh community, Fan District of Barkin Ladi Local Government Area of Plateau State, have been given mass burial. Those given mass burials include Gavou Pulle, 55; Samuel Choji, 45; James Choji, 47; Stephen Chung, 43; Ezekiel Pam Vou, 48; Pam Dung, 46, and Peter Davou, 41.

The attackers were said to be passing by when, without provocation, they opened fire on the victims at the relaxation spot. The resident said by Sunday, five people were reported dead, while two of the three others, who sustained injuries, died the following day in the hospital.
